So I'm not doing really great at posting. Oh well! I have no idea where my camera is at - so there are no pictures presently. Camping out and getting things finished up.....always so much to do. I do a bit - get tired and sit down and rest. Then after I feel better I get up and do some more. We'll be listing the house soon - hopefully meeting to sign papers with the realtor this weekend. We have a new vehicle (new to us) - a 93 Ford Explorer. It was a deal we couldn't turn down. Should be nice to have another vehicle to depend on.

Working in the yard today - trying to get it finished up. So much to do....

So I have seven minutes. I started the blog saying as I typed - the 22nd of what month? So disconnected! So much to do today - just had to take a minute to write. We're moving the rest of the stuff today. Minus the things we need to camp out in our house for a week and a half. DJ and I get to drive it over this evening. Not envying those guys moving the piano ;) So glad that we've got some help coming.

We've got some household chores to finish up tomorrow (and today) and then talking in the Spanish branch on Sunday. Then we have the yearly slip and slide on Monday. Getting supplies for that today. So crazy busy.

Even the beds are going. I'm bringing back sleeping bags and an air mattress. Anyway - just wanted to let you know what we're up to.

I was thinking life would get back to normal sometime after we move - but now I'm thinking it will never be normal again (whatever normal is!). Traci & Lori - you better let me know when you're in Idaho. I'd love to come have lunch with you ladies :)

An early post this morning. I guess 9:50 is early :) Anyway - feeling productive - got my address changed on a couple of magazines. That feels good. Also - paid some bills, etc. My big project - for those wondering - was a memory book for my SIL that lost a little one. So glad to do it - but it really drained me!!

So today I'm working in the yard a bit more getting things tidied up. Slow but steady progess. Hope your day is great!

This month is flying by! I'm just uploading the pics for the latest big project - it's taken all day. So glad to have it behind me. :)

Sorry to miss yesterday. Busy with the house. I actually had a couple of hours to myself and couldn't just let myself enjoy them - had to be busy. So, I stripped some paint. Just a little section from my closet trim. Looks great now.

Hoping to get another project wrapped up today or tomorrow. That would be really great - just one big project to finish (other than the house).

Carl - I would really appreciate your help. It does have a screen and enough memory so whenever you can help, come on over :)

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. We're really getting down to the wire. 23 days till we move! I'll try to keep you all posted on our progress. Today I'm hoping to get a menu to finish our time here. Got some food to use up, etc. Just want to be done!

So it's been awhile. I've been taking it easy. It's been a nice break and I'll probably still have a day off here and there leading up to the move. So nice to have a day with nothing to do. Well - there's always something to do - but you know what I mean.

Had a good mother's day - breakfast in bed, a bit too much church (2 wards), and a family dinner. Early to bed rounded out the day. Really quite nice :)For any who were wondering about DJ's job - here's his truck. We got a new radio (is that what they're called?) with a CD player and an aux input so he can listen to his eaudiobooks from his Zen on it. It helps keep him awake. Tomorrow he has another early drive - I think he's getting up at 2:30 am. Listening to Charlie Bone #2 for any interested parties. I got a Zen for mother's day so that I can listen to the same things as he listens to - a way to keep us connected :) Works for us at any rate.....Still have a lot to learn about how to work the thing - and it will play video?!? I don't even know how that works.... another day I suppose.

Sorry for the break - I am having a bit of a tough time right now. So hard to just wait....but we're doing pretty good all in all. FHE with Jared & Cory tonight - we're helping stack wood. I'll try to get some more pics from my phone onto the blog here. I need to figure out how to just send the email straight from my phone to the blog......maybe more later?!? Oh! Just got word that Twilight is ready for us to check out :) DJ hasn't read them and I thought it would be fun.....

Hope you all are well - I do check the blogs from time to time but have been seriously waylaid by Dr. Who on Netflix (streaming). Alas! Such fun. I am learning too - some great documentaries on there....Thanks for checking in!

Took it easy today - in bed most of the day. Even did pick up and drop off in my jammies. It was so nice to see that I'm not the only one who needs to crash - enjoyed Stacy Julian's blog. I'll be back up and going again tomorrow....on some level.

DJ is still here with us. We are so grateful for that. They keep giving us new and changing info so I'll just let you know after he's finally gone.

The weekend went well - lots of fun for everyone (even me). My girls all got to ride on a horse at one of the events we attended and 3 of the 4 chose to have a snake draped over their shoulders. Lots of memorable fun!

I was reminded yesterday of how much I don't like getting cold. It was just rainy - and I got wet and cold (and was hungry) and it took way too long to get back to feeling good. So grateful for heating pads. I am remembering how much the heat saps my energy and in the cold I hurt more. Crazy stuff!

Well, the fam is back from the park - so I need to go. Hope things are going well for you. So enjoyed reading and seeing your blogs. Quick closing thought - it seems to me like things have been taken up a notch (trials that is). Used to be that I knew someone who wasn't having a trial at any given point in time - having a breather if you will. Nowadays I think everyone is having trials with little break - and more severe trials at that. Just my observation from my little corner of the world. So grateful for our blessings! I'm back - for now. Got a busy weekend ahead so we'll see how posting goes. Just had a minute to update the blog. Funeral went well...don't know where my week has gone. Spent 2 days at the school library. Finished up piano lessons yesterday - just too much going to keep doing them until we move. Kids are great - still coughing but otherwise good.

I really thought I had more to say than that. Oh well! Have a good weekend!
